APEX : THE GLUTE AMPLIFIER ( 16 Weeks )

Establish baseline weights. Increase weight by 2.5-5% if form allows in later week of this phase.

Phase 1: Hypertrophy Foundation (Week 1-2)

Aim to increase weights by 2.5-5% from Phase 1 If weight increase isn't possible, aim for 1-2 more reps

Phase 2: Hypertrophy Progression (Weeek 3-4)

Establish new baseline weights for strength rep ranges. Increase weight by 5-7.5% if form allows in later week of this phase.

Phase 3: Strength Foundation (Week 5-6)

Focus on perfect form with lighter weights. Gradually increase to 70-80% of Phase 3 weights in later week of this phase. 

Phase 4: Deload and Recovery (Week 7-8)

Aim to increase weights by 5-7.5% from Phase 3 If weight increase isn't possible, reduce rest times by 15-30s

Phase 5: Strength Progression (Week 9-10)

Establish baseline for explosive movements. Focus on improving speed of movement

Phase 6: Power Foundation (Week 11-12)

 Aim to increase weights by 2.5-5% or improve speed of movement. Focus on maintaining or improving power output.

Phase 7: Power Progression (Week 13-14)

Focus on most effective exercises from previous phases. Reduce volume by 25%.
